Effects of Earthworms and Phosphate-Solubilizing Bacteria on Carbon Sequestration in Soils Amended with Manure and Slurry: A 4-Year Field Study

The application of organisms as part soil remediation can accelerate the decomposition organic matter and carbon cycle. To explore synergistic effects earthworms phosphate-solubilizing bacteria on C accumulation in artificially improved soils manure slurry-amended soil, a dry slope land was established hillside large pig farm. Experiments involving six treatments were performed, including control (CK), (Pm), + slurry (Pm S) treatments, well (Te), (Tb), (T(e b)). Compared with CK, both Pm S T(e b) significantly increased SOC content. In particular, treatment by 196%. effect increase consistent results soil-carbon sequestration. After comprehensive fertilization, sequestration reached 2.87 Mg hm−2, while stable to 1.88 hm−2. It also result PCA analysis which applying promoted an insoluble carbon. Therefore, future, fertilizers be applied promote sloping land.
